If we determine that the issue is a result of personal wear and tear or negligence, we will provide a quote after reviewing photos of the jewel and the repairs needed. If your jewel is insured, you may forward this quote to your insurance company for reimbursement. We keep basic repair fees reasonable, as we prefer our experienced jewelers to handle the delicate work required for your vintage jewelry.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of shipping both ways. We offer Fedex Overnight Signature Required 100% Insured Delivery for a round trip shipping cost of $100.

Our service warranty does not cover damage to the center stone (chips or breakage) or loss or theft of the primary/center stone, diamond, or colored gemstone. We strongly advise that all fine jewelry be insured for these types of incidents.
