Absolutely! We have a showroom by appointment located in Beverly Hills, CA.

Where do you find these beautiful jewels?

We are experienced treasure hunters. Our professional buyers travel all over the world, sourcing the most rare and unique jewels. We also acquire the best pieces from valuable estates around the country.

Is your jewelry ethical or sustainable?

Absolutely. Since we specialize in rare antique and vintage jewelry, most of our pieces feature vintage or old cut diamonds. You are choosing a jewel that’s being repurposed and given a new life, rather than contributing to the negative environmental and social impact of mining a new diamond or color stone. Nowadays, conflict-free diamonds are extremely popular. You can be confident in making a socially conscious and environmentally-friendly choice. 

How do you determine the age of your jewels?

Our jewelry-obsessed experts spend all of their work and free time studying jewels, history, and gemology. We carefully examine each jewel that lands into our hands. Hallmarks, engravings, gem cut, stylistic elements, origin and craftsmanship are all taken into consideration when determining the age of the jewel.

Are all of your gemstones natural?

Absolutely! We only work with natural, earth-mined diamonds and color stones. We do not work with lab-created, man-made gems. 100% Authenticity is guaranteed.

What is Your Return Policy?

- We Offer a 7-Day 100% Return Policy.

From delivery/pick up you have 7 calendar days to live with the jewel, in the comfort of your home, to make sure you love it. If for any reason it's not the one, please let us know and we will provide the return shipping label & instructions. The jewel must be shipped out/dropped off within the 7-Day window. Sizing doesn't affect the return policy.

- We Offer a 30 Day Exchange for Credit. 

Within 30 calendar days, you can exchange your jewel for a different piece of the same or higher value. No refunds. Once you choose your "exchange" jewel it's yours to keep. No other exchanges, extensions, or returns are possible. We do not buy back jewels. 

Do you make custom jewelry?

Yes, we do! With our custom jewelry services you can create a piece from the ground up, mix and match stones and settings from our collection, or choose from one of our signature settings. We specialize in antique and vintage inspired designs using old cut diamonds but can create almost anything you can imagine. How often do you receive new jewelry?

We post approximately 40 new jewels on our website each Friday. 

Do you offer appraisal services?

All of our jewels come with a professional in-house appraisal that can be used for your personal and insurance purposes. For jewels that were not purchased from Jack Weir & Sons, we charge $100/jewel for a formal written appraisal. 

Would you buy my jewelry?

We are happy to take a look! It does depend on the item. We mostly acquire large carat diamonds, old cut diamonds, important color stones, designer-signed jewelry and rare important estate pieces. Placing the Order & Shipping

Are your prices negotiable?

No, we price our jewels fairly and to sell. However, we do offer different incentives to our first-time and regular clients. Get $300 OFF on your first order with the code BLOOM. Additionally, we offer 5% OFF for wire-transfer or check payments.

Can I place an item on hold?

Yes, we offer a 1 week hold for a 20% refundable deposit. If the full payment is not made after the 1-week hold the order will be canceled, deposit refunded and the item relisted. 

Do you offer any payment plans or financing options?

We offer a couple of financing options: 

1. JWS 30 Day Payment Plan. 

We break down payments. You can pay 1/3 down, 1/3 two weeks after that and final third at the end of that month. We send your treasure to you when it’s been paid in full.  

2. Long term monthly payments through Affirm. Up to $17,000.  

Allows you to make monthly payments for an extended period of time. You can have the piece right away. Payments vary on your credit information. Simply add the jewel to your cart and continue checking out. From there you will be redirected to Affirm’s site to pre-qualify and see your monthly payments. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, wire transfers, and certified checks. Pro Tip: We offer 5% OFF on all purchases made via wire transfer or check. Please contact us at for any questions. 

After the order is placed, how soon will I receive my jewel?

If no resizing is needed and we are ready to ship, the jewel can be shipped overnight. After the order is placed you will be hearing from one of our team members to arrange the best delivery date. We ship via Fedex Overnight Signature Required. 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer Free Fedex Overnight Signature Required Shipping. If your jewel needs to be sized, please allow us several days for sizing. One of our team members will contact you to arrange the delivery. 

Can I track my package?

Yes, you will be provided with a Fedex Tracking Number once your order is shipped.

International Orders

How do international orders ship?

We offer free worldwide shipping. International orders are shipped via Fedex Priority Signature Required Mail. 

International orders are usually subject to your local customs import fees. Clients are responsible for any of the customs import fees. In case of a return, clients are also responsible for any customs broker fees associated with the return of the package back to the USA. 

Can I track my package?

Yes, you will be provided with a Fedex Tracking Number once your order is shipped.

Sizing & Repairs

How much do you charge for resizing?

We offer complimentary resizing services to our clients. You can resize it at the time of purchase or after you’ve had the ring for some time. Even after resizing, the jewel is still available for our 7 Day 100% Return Policy. Once you become a client we consider you a client for life!

How long does sizing take?

Resizing generally takes 2-5 business days. If your purchase is an urgent matter and needs to be delivered by a certain date, please let us know.

My jewel needs fixing, can you help?

Once you become a client we consider you a client for life! We are happy to assist you with any servicing on your jewels purchased from Jack Weir & Sons.
