RETURN WITHIN 7 DAYS FOR A FULL REFUND
From delivery or collection, we're happy to give you 7 calendar days to try the jewelry in the comfort of your own home. If you decide to return the jewelry, please let us know and we will provide the return shipping label & instructions. The jewel must be shipped out/dropped off within the 7-Day window.
EXCHANGE WITHIN 30 DAYS
We're happy to offer 30 calendar days to exchange your jewelry for different piece/s of the same or higher value. We don't offer refunds after the 7 day period.Once you have exchanged your piece, we don't offer further exchanges, extensions or returns. We don't buy back jewelry purchased from us.
