10 Days of Treats - Terms & Conditions

We’re so happy to have a new website, we’re treating all our customers to celebrate! Join in for 10 days of treats and bag yourself a one-of-a-kind treasure. 10 days, 10 treats, 10 winners. Make sure you are entering daily for a chance to win. Remember you can also get 20% off everything.  

How to Enter: 

  1. Enter a valid email in to the daily sign up form on the website. Sign up forms for each gift will appear daily. If a sign up form does not appear then please click the tease side button.
  2.  Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
  3. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
  4. You will be contacted within 7 days of the competition end date.

1. Competition Organiser

The competition is organised by Jack Weir & Sons ("Organiser"). By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and over.
  • Employees of the Organisation, their immediate family members, and any affiliated companies are not eligible to participate.
  • Entrants must have a valid email address. 

3. Competition Period

  • The competition begins on 03.24.25 and ends on 04.02.25 at Midnight PST
  • Entries submitted outside the competition period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

  • Participants must enter a valid email in to the daily sign up form on the website. Sign up forms for each gift will appear daily. If a sign up form does not appear then please click the side button on the homepage. 
  • Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.

5. Prize Details

  • A new prize will be revealed each day over the course of 10 days.
  • The winner will be revealed and contacted within a week from the competition closing.
  • The gifts cannot be exchanged, swapped, or redeemed for money.
  • Gift cards are provided as a code for use on the website, valid for 12 months.
  • The gifts are as stated and cannot be switched or swapped.
  • If you are contacted via email and do not respond within 30 days, you will no longer be eligible to claim your gift. 

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • The winner will be notified via the email that they signed up with and within 7 days of the competition closing.
  • If the winner does not respond within 30 days, a new winner may be selected.

7. Publicity & Privacy

  • By entering, participants agree that Jack weir & sons may use their first name in post-competition announcements.
  • Personal data provided will only be used for the administration of this competition and will not be shared with third parties.
  • We will contact the winner for shipping details and a date of delivery. 

8. General Terms

  • Jack Weir & Sons reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
  • Jack Weir & Sons are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries due to technical or other failures.
  • The competition may be modified or canceled at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
