One Vintage Italian Sapphire and Diamond 18k White Gold Cocktail Ring. Featuring one cushion mixed cut dark bluish green sapphire weighing approximately 3.25 carats. Accented by six round brilliant cut diamonds and 10 tapered baguette cut diamonds with a total weight of approximately 1.10 carats, graded F color, VS clarity. Crafted in 18 karat white gold with Italian hallmarks and purity marks. Circa 1990. The ring is a size 9 ½ and may be resized.
