One Vintage Italian Sapphire and Diamond 18k White Gold Cocktail Ring. Featuring one cushion mixed cut dark bluish-green sapphire weighing approximately 3.25 carats. Accented by six round brilliant cut diamonds and 10 tapered baguette cut diamonds with a total weight of approximately 1.10 carats, graded F color, VS clarity. Crafted in 18 karat white gold with Italian hallmarks and purity marks. Circa 1990. The ring is a size 9 ½ and may be resized.
