Diamonds
Founded by father and son, Jack and Wyler Weir, Jack Weir & Sons is a family-run vintage jewelry company located in the heart of Beverly Hills. We travel the globe to find only the rarest and most beautiful jewelry to bring to you.

Destined For a Career in Diamonds
Living in New York in the 1970s, Jack Weir was drawn to the city’s architecture—the geometry, structure, and rhythm of its buildings. That way of seeing found its way into his paintings, where he began exploring diamond-shaped forms. Before long, the same fascination with proportion and form drew him into the diamond business.
In 1979, Weir entered the trade, and in 1981 he founded Jack Weir Diamond Importers. Over the next three decades he traveled extensively throughout Europe, South America, and Asia, buying diamonds and building lasting relationships with dealers and cutters around the world. The opportunity to work internationally was one of the great rewards of the business.

A Trip for Two
Wyler went on his first business trip to Brazil, Argentina and Chile with his dad during the summer before starting his senior year at high school. He was hooked.
“I completely fell in love with the countries, the culture, the languages and the people.”
When he got back he visited the diamond district in Los Angeles every single day, selling diamonds to jewelers – and he still remembers the absolute thrill of his first sale. He juggled working for his dad's firm with his college studies, and took a year out to work in New York’s diamond district.
In 2011, his son Wyler joined the company, and together they became Jack Weir & Sons. They gradually expanded their focus from diamonds to also include estate and vintage jewelry, which has become the foundation of the business today.
As Wyler took on more responsibility, Weir was able to return to painting. Looking back, it is clear that painting and jewelry have always shared the same foundation in his work—a search for balance, proportion, and enduring design.

Sharing the Love
30 years after that first trip to Brazil, Jack and Wyler reimagined the business for a new generation of discerning customer. Renamed Jack Weir & Sons in 2012, their vision was built on a shared passion for building relationships, creativity and, of course, beautiful vintage jewelry pieces.
Wyler is now CEO, with Jack leading the board and managing his favorite international clients overseas. They are supported by a team of equally passionate and talented Gemological Institute of America-trained staff, who find immense pleasure in connecting each and every stunning piece of jewelry with its rightful owner.
Wyler continues to scour the globe with his dad for hidden treasures, expertly curating a diverse and distinctive vintage jewelry collection that brings infinite joy to discerning customers.

Old Friends, New Venture
Today, very few business deals are still sealed with a few trusting words and a handshake over dinner.
Pioneering antique jewelry expert and Trumpet & Horn founder, Jerry Heidenreich, was one of the first online sellers of beautiful vintage bridal jewelry when Wyler first made his acquaintance at just 17 years old. Over the years, Jerry not only became an invaluable mentor to Wyler, but also one of his most loyal customers.
With retirement beckoning, Jerry agreed that Wyler would be the perfect person to continue the Trumpet & Horn legacy of marrying carefully curated pieces with intimate personal service. The business was purchased by Jack Weir & Sons in 2024 – and Jerry continues to remain involved as a trusted advisor.
