Featuring one Masterstones oval mixed cut sapphire weighing approximately 2.90 carats, accompanied with Masterstones certification #622PT377 stating the sapphire is of Ceylon (Sri Lanka) origin and has no indications of heat treatments. Accented by 18 old European cut diamonds and 41 senaille cut diamonds with a total weight of approximately 0.60 carat, graded near-colorless, SI clarity. Crafted in 18 karat yellow gold with a silver top. Circa 1880. The ring is a size 7 ¾ and may be resized.
