One Vintage Sapphire and Diamond 18k Yellow Gold Invisible Set Leaf Brooch. Featuring 97 calibré cut sapphires with a total weight of approximately 7.50 carats. Accented by 25 step cut diamonds and 25 round brilliant cut diamonds with a total weight of approximately 3.00 carats, graded colorless, VVS-VS clarity. Crafted in 18 karat yellow gold. Circa 1980. The brooch is 2 ¼ inches in length by 1 inch in width.
