About this Item: Imagine yourself gliding effortlessly across a ballroom floor with this overwhelmingly beautiful sapphire and diamond ballerina ring. This ring is full of excitement as a Ceylon octagonal step cut sapphire of nearly five carats sits at its center. This deep, cobalt blue stone is nothing less than lush as it picks up the buttery glow of the bold, oversized yellow gold band that holds it. This exquisite center stone is surrounded by a bevy of round brilliant cut and baguette cut diamonds to create a frame that looks like a ballerina's tutu - hence the name! These bright white diamonds add an additional allure to the significance of the center stone and create a very unique piece of jewelry. Circa 1980, this ring is a great way to add something very special to your collection.
