Accented by 13 round brilliant cut diamonds with a total weight of approximately 0.35 carat, graded colorless, VS clarity, and 85 calibré cut sapphires with a total weight of approximately 7.65 carats. Crafted in 18 karat yellow gold with French import hallmarks. Circa 1980. The ring is a size 6 and may be resized.
