Featuring one GIA octagonal step cut sapphire of 5.23 carats, accompanied with GIA #1226960135 stating the sapphire is of Ceylon (Sri Lanka) origin. Accented by two tapered baguette cut diamonds with a total weight of approximately 0.35 carat, graded F color, VS clarity. Crafted in platinum with purity marks. Circa 1950. The ring is a size 6 and may be resized.
